These terms cover the HolySnap Chrome extension, the holysnap.app website and HolySnap Pro. HolySnap is made and operated by Exportlab ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@holysnap.app.
Summary
- HolySnap is a Chrome extension that takes screenshots of web pages. Captures are made and stored on your own device.
- Visible area, Select area and Select element captures are free. HolySnap Pro unlocks unlimited Full page, A–B range and Scroll area captures and Clean up first; every installation can try Pro on 10 captures for free.
- Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record.
- You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. See our Refund Policy (https://holysnap.app/refund).
Our reseller: Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy HolySnap Pro, Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) also apply to your purchase. For help with HolySnap itself, write to hello@holysnap.app.
Plans and prices
- Free: Visible area, Select area and Select element captures without limit, plus 10 Pro captures per installation to try Pro, with no time limit.
- HolySnap Pro · Lifetime: US$24.90, paid once. Pro on up to 5 computers, including future updates.
- HolySnap Pro · Annual: US$9.90 per year, on up to 2 computers. It renews automatically every year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and Pro stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Your license
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HolySnap, and HolySnap Pro on the number of computers your plan covers. You may use HolySnap and the captures you make for personal or commercial work.
- Please don't resell HolySnap or HolySnap Pro, share an activation beyond the computers your plan covers, try to get around the license check, or copy, modify or redistribute the extension.
- If you move to a new computer, you can restore Pro there with the email address you used at checkout.
Your captures
Captures are created and kept on your device; we never receive them. You are responsible for what you capture and share, and for respecting the rights of others and the terms of the websites you capture.
Availability and updates
HolySnap is distributed through the Chrome Web Store and is updated from time to time. Chrome doesn't allow extensions to capture some pages, such as chrome:// pages and the Chrome Web Store. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of a purchase or an annual renewal. The details are in our Refund Policy (https://holysnap.app/refund).
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
HolySnap is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we can't promise that it will capture every page or be free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for HolySnap Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do, and changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
